How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout by zones across the country. We were recently informed by our shipping partners a rate increase that is being implemented across all channels of shipping, however, we have managed to keep our shipping cost as low as possible. We can and will ship overseas, just send us a message and we’ll figure out our cost and pass along to you.
Can I send to multiple addresses from one order?
Unfortunately, not yet!! We are working with our web designer to have this option. In the meantime, you’ll have to place multiple orders. However, if you’ll save your info, it’ll make your multiple orders much easier.
Is this a box subscription?
No, this isn’t a subscription box, we only send what you order. We are looking into offering certain items on a subscription basis down the road.
What other boxes will you be offering during the year?
That’s a loaded question we’ve been asked many times. We will help you share your love of Charleston with others throughout the year and most holidays. Look for our Valentines, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, 4th of July (Summer Boxes) and MUCH more.
Can I put my company logo, wedding date, special event or other occasion on your box for our event?
Absolutely, one of the many features we offer is a customized box with your info and input as to what you’d like to send in the box. Got a special item or keepsake you’d like to include? No worries just reach out and let us know, we will work with you on these types of requests.
